Minigame Randomizer

The Violent Party minigame randomizer is a small, browser-only widget that picks one of the five round families at random. It is intentionally low-tech: open the page, click the button, and let the widget decide which minigame family you should drill next.

How to use it

  1. Open this page in any modern browser.
  2. Click the Spin button.
  3. The widget displays the chosen round family and a one-line strategy tip.
  4. Use the intermission between rounds to focus on the suggested strategy.

The widget resets its choice each time you spin — there is no persistence, no login, and no tracking.

Why a randomizer

Most Violent Party players gravitate to the minigame family they are best at, which leaves blind spots. The randomizer breaks that bias by forcing you to drill a family you might avoid. Players who used the randomizer for one week reported a noticeable drop in the rounds that previously eliminated them.

What the randomizer covers

The five round families — survival, movement, timing, positioning, interaction — each appear with the same probability. If you want to bias the result toward a family you struggle with, edit your favourites before spinning:

  • Position the slider toward the family you want to drill.
  • Click Spin.
  • Reset the slider for a fair 20% chance each.

What is not on the randomizer

  • Live rotation data (the widget does not know which round is coming next).
  • Per-minigame probability weighting.
  • Saved history (the widget forgets the previous spin the moment you click again).

How to combine with the tier list

Pair the randomizer with the Tier List Hub to focus your drills. If the randomizer picks a family that you rank at C-tier, treat that as a priority drill for the next session.

How to suggest a feature

If you want a per-minigame randomizer (rather than per-family), drop a request through the contact link in the footer.

When to spin again

A common mistake is to re-spin until you get the family you wanted. That defeats the purpose — the value of the randomizer is in forcing you to drill something you would otherwise avoid. Commit to the first result, play three rounds of that family, then decide whether to spin again. Players who stick with one spin per session report bigger win-rate jumps than players who chase a specific result.

Pairing with the round guide

The randomizer works best when paired with the How to survive each round guide. Spin once, then keep that guide open in a second tab while you play. The guide explains the pattern-recognition cues for each family, so the time you spend drilling the spun family is time spent training the cues you will need across all five families.

When the widget is wrong

The randomizer chooses families with equal probability, but Violent Party’s actual round rotation is weighted. You may spin for survival and then face three movement rounds in a row. Treat the spin as a drill suggestion, not a prediction; the widget has no view of the rotation queue. If the actual round sequence is not the family you spun for, still apply the read-the-objective-first habit from the Beginner Guide.

Tracking results across sessions

The widget itself does not store history, but you can keep a small notebook of which family you spun for and how your rounds went. Over a week the pattern reveals which families still cost you wins and which ones are now routine. Bring that notebook to the Tier List Hub and you will see exactly which tier shifts are worth chasing.
